Thank you for shopping with Better on a Boat.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please carefully review your order, sizing information, shipping address, and product selections before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at betteronaboat.brand@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
If we determine that an item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement item, store credit, or refund.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Better on a Boat is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Better on a Boat is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
POLICY CHANGES
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or business changes.
