SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Better on a Boat.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after being placed.

Processing times may be longer during product launches, sales, holidays, peak seasons, or other periods of high order volume.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

At this time, Better on a Boat ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

We currently charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 per order within the United States.

Orders totaling $200.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable) qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is completed and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Better on a Boat may offer additional free shipping promotions or shipping discounts. Any such promotions are subject to the terms specified at the time of the offer and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Better on a Boat is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

If tracking information is available, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after your package has been shipped.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Better on a Boat is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Better on a Boat is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the carrier. However, Better on a Boat cannot guarantee the outcome of any carrier investigation or claim.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at betteronaboat.brand@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or business changes.

When changes are made, we will post the revised policy on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
